Novelist is much, much more than a list of novels -- it's a database in which you can look up books you might like using information about books you know you like. If you choose either the “find a favorite author” or “find a favorite title” option, you can look up an author or title you like and get recommendations for other books (by the same author and/or different authors). You can choose the “describe a plot” option to find books with a plot you like (thrillers set on submarines in World War II, for example). You can also find other books in a series using one book you've read. There are various other search options too. Check it out!
YALSA Booklists and Book Awards
Contains many regularly updated lists from the Young Adult Library Services Association. Lists range from the quite useful but not-too-excitingly named “best books for young adults” to the slightly-less-generically-named “outstanding books for the college bound.”

This is a commercial site that links its reviews to Amazon.com, but they keep on top of new releases in a lot of different genres and have nice, short summaries of potential reads.
